I had a few suggestions in addition to already in place or in air for a better upkeep of the club house:
1. The use of aminities must be timed slotted eg: once we have a caretaker, those who wish to use gym, pool table, table tennis, chess ,swimming pool, squash court & so on must ask the caretaker a time slot available (not booked by some one else) & book his time only a day before & not earlier. This way everyone will get oppoutunity to use the aminity without getting embarrased or embarrasing anyone other including kids. The slots not booked can be booked/used by someone just pops in & ask then or one can enquire on phone prior approaching. This will also help to account for someone who makes a damage. 2. Certain areas can be booked on small charge - this charge will always be a good source of income to upkeep the maintenance. eg: If someone intends to enjoy a movie with friends in the theatre can do so with small charge per hour or two hrs. Use of community hall & raised lawn can also be included in this manner. 3. There has be a strict restriction for loud noise or music. The music or noise should be such that its not heard outside the premises of community hall or raised lawn (This is very much practical). Also there needs to be a time frame for same. This is residential place & all must respect the very reason. 4. No pets should be allowed within club or lawns.
I am only trying being a help to all your good & tedious work. Trust I am not deviating far from the concern & I am sure anyone who have been to similar lifestyle earlier is aware of these suggestions as they are followed all over the globe. Thanks for reading
