i would like to tell inform you that our security system is not working properly. sometimes they are sleeping in night. yesterday i entered the premises at 12 midnight though the car was not from our complex it was not check. the personal security for the building dont know who goes inside the building. please take a note of it thanking you.
Security: 1) Fire Situation - what is the first step? 2) What are the assembly points? 3) Concave mirrors- To see other side for proper vision.
Gardens: 1) Maintenance Gardens - Proposing to install or put dustbeans and get it cleaned daily basis.
2) Pets Littering: Nobody takes the responsibilty of cleaning the pets litter. It can be seen all over society.
3) Parking:
"Parking - How many residents own parking? - Others who don’t have parking, how to provide parking to them? - About renting a parking place? - About decideing the rent? - About Society alloting the additional parking? - About parking anywhere on non parking place. - About outside vehicles - About parking stickers which lasts long - How to tackle Two wheeler parking. - How to tackle bycycle parking. - Guest Parking - Chauffer Driven parking - Rules about chuaffer driven parking. - Enforcement of fine to the defaulter and to what extreme we can go."
Hello' I am glad that a vegetable vendor has been arranged at regency gate. We need to take care of "milk Vendor " issue as well. Just to inform you all, one nearby dairy owner is charging more than MRP that too some specific brands( No to amul or gokul) and when inquired it seems he is not allowing any one to operate or provide milk in regency garden. We should arrange a good Milk vendor such as Amul or mother dairy in our premise to end this problem as well.
